FOOD SAFETY

We have employed the HACCP production management a for long time and we have been approved as a CERTIFIED SEAFOOD PROCESSOR (exporting to the U.S.) (3858004) by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, JAPAN. Furthermore, we have become a FSSP 22000 certified manufacturer on August 2020.

Based on the above regulations, our production system is operated under highly controlled conditions in order to avoid food contamination and health ordinance violations in order to ensure safety and quality of our products.

We employ a food safety system as listed below. These measures cover the food safety regulation at every stage including product development, raw material procurement, manufacturing process, distribution and sales.
